A Foundry like a school to find manpower.

Seventeen aspiring workers alternated theoretical and practice lessons to learn the secrets of an evolving profession.

Hard to find skilled labor on the foundry sector? We have taken an initiative to employ workers; we have organized a sort of company school. Training lasted more than two weeks with the goal to immediately select 4 workers and keep the others in evidence in view of a possible short-term staff turnover. We decided to take in-house actions, with young people willing to learn a job or with high school graduated people well-disposed to fill responsibility assignments.
